I’ve spent the past 15+ years in senior creative roles and have learned a lot about leading teams, nurturing talent, and building bridges. I’ve led small local teams and large global teams of multi-disciplined creatives, bringing brand strategies to life through design thinking, product alignment, integrated marketing campaigns, story-driven online journeys, customer-centred experiences, and by creating thumb-stopping moments on social. None of this would have been possible without the deep talents of the wonderful people I’ve worked with in tech, retail, sports, finance, healthcare and education, where I’ve overseen the delivery of everything from brand strategy and design systems—including digital and print—to signage and interior design.
